The Pan American Games are coming to Toronto this summer and the city will be filled with amazing athletes and their families during the 16-day event, from July 10-26. In inviting the Pan Am Games into our city, we are opening up our home to the countries joining us to celebrate the power and beauty of athleticism, the fun of competition and the wonderful joy of watching dreams come true.

Like so many International sporting events before it, the games will bring people together from around the world. In so many ways, the games are a reminder of why so many of us travel: a chance to leave your homeland in the hopes of finding community in a new one. Maybe that’s why Aeroplan decided to get on board.

The Loyalty Program, that does so much for charities across the country and around the world, is one of the sponsors of this year’s event. As the Official Loyalty Program Supplier of the Toronto 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games Aeroplan has already given away two grand prize trips to the games. In partnership with Imperial, the Official Fuel and Convenience Store Supplier and the owner of the Esso brand, Aeroplan launched an integrated online and on-site contest for Canadians who swiped their Esso Extra or Aeroplan card at any Esso station across Canada.

Now it’s your turn to win!

Thanks to Aeroplan, GlobetrottingMama.com can make it possible for one lucky winner to check out a women’s gymnastics event in person!

So here’s what you need to know:

* We are giving away two tickets to the women’s gymnastic event taking place on July 13th. You must be able to attend the event on July 13th, no substitutions, exchanges or cashing the tickets in will be allowed.

* While this contest is open to everyone (enter, enter!), travel costs and accommodations are not included in the prize (the winner will receive 2 tickets only).

* To win you must enter through the Rafflecopter link below.

* Contest closes July 6

Sound good? Will you be checking out the Pan Am Games this July?!

Even if you don’t win these tickets we hope that if you’re around during the Pan Am Games you’ll make the most of all of the great things happening in the city. I like to think that the more welcoming we are to guests in our home city the better they’ll think of us when we visit theirs. Imagine what the world would be like then.

GOOD LUCK!
