From February 19th-21st 2011 stargazing kicks off  Winter Activity Days at Killarney Provincial Park. The event begins indoors near the park at the Killarney Bay Inn where astronomer Bruce Waters will project a star map on the ceiling and give tips on how to read the stars.

Families can also enjoy other activities like cross-country skiing, hosted by Wasaga Beach Provincial Park from 5pm-9pm on February 19th.Rental equipment is available on a first come first serve basis, rental is $5.

A Candlelight skating path is available for families at the Macgregor Provincial Park on February 20th and Igloo building from February 19th-20th at Quetico Provincial Park.
