This week I’ve been exploring Myanmar from on board the Avalon Myanmar. The 36-passenger all-suites ship began our voyage in Bhamo and is slowly and leisurely making its way towards Bagan. Along the way we’ve had the pleasure of dining on board the ship. One of my favourite meals so far was this Shan Style Pork Rice Noodle dish. Watching them assemble each individual bowl in 1-minute flat was a treat. The toppings of chilli, garlic, peanuts and more made it even tastier – like a savoury sundae. Take a peek–>
