Are you or someone you know a big Harry Potter fan? (*raises hand enthusiastically*) If you’ve somehow missed it: The popular book series featuring a lovable wizard and his friends was made into a series of movies. The eighth Harry Potter book is being released this July, and a new film will be released in November. This means we are going into phase eight of Harry Potter fever and it’s hitting the travel community too. Here are 2 Harry Potter-themed vacations that will thrill all your little wizards!
City Wonders and Warner Bros. Studios in London have created “The Making of Harry Potter”, a guided tour. You will be taken on a behind-the-scenes journey with your own tour guide through the original sets, props and costumes from all eight Harry Potter movies.
You will meet your tour guide in Central London and head to Warner Bros. Studio via train. Your tour guide will show you around the Gryffindor™ common room, the famous cobbled street of Diagon Alley™, the original Hogwarts Express™ locomotive and Platform 9 ¾™, Hagrid’s™ Hut, the Potions classroom and Professor Umbridge’s™ office at the Ministry of Magic while revealing Harry Potter secrets along the way.
After your guided tour, you will be given the opportunity to re-enter Warner Bros. Studio and explore on your own.

Visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando
Or head to Florida and enjoy Harry Potter’s world through Universal Orlando. Take a ride on Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey or experience the Dragon Challenge. You can catch the train at Hogsmeade™ Station and enjoy many more fun Harry Potter inspired adventures. There are two Universal Orlando theme parks and both feature Harry Potter experiences. You’ll need to grab admission to both to experience the full, magical experience.
Little wizards will love taking a look behind-the-scenes of their favourite Harry Potter moments. What a better way to celebrate a new installments of this endearing book series.
